Week 1 Project

Dynamic Diagonal Scarf

If you've taken any of my other Bootcamps, you know I like to start things off with a relaxing project to get you in the groove. This one is no different.

I absolutely love knitting this scarf and I'm made it dozens of times. It's one of those projects that, once you learn how to make it, you'll want to make it again and again.

It's perfect for knitting on-the-go, while knitting with friends, or relaxing TV knitting.

You'll create an interesting bias scarf with a simple two-row repeat. Knit this scarf in either a narrow or wide with and I'll provide tips to adjust this scarf for any yarn.

In addition, you'll learn my favorite way to quickly block my knitting projects.

Pucker-Up Scarf

Pucker-Up is a gorgeous gathered scarf that uses only knit and purl stitches.

It uses a gradient yarn for long, subtle color changes.

You'll learn how to make this unique scarf, my best tips for success, how to make a shawl version, as well as how to knit the scarf using ANY WEIGHT yarn!

Gorgeous Gradient Scarf

Rather than knitted end-to-end, Gorgeous Gradient is knitted side to side. So you'll have a lot of stitches but not a lot of rows. In fact, this scarf is only 42 rows! This scarf lesson includes how to deal with long needles, lots of stitches, wet blocking, and making fringe.

Clever Cables Scarf

Many people are nervous about cabling, but you'll learn how to create this bit of knitting magic on the Clever Cables Scarf.

It features a soft tweed yarn to add depth and dimension to the stitches.
